So book 5 has a new title and a brilliant cover! It’s now called In the Dark and will be out on March 3rd. I can’t share the cover for ages yet, but I hope you’re all going to love it as much as I do.

What else has been going on? Well, I’ve been rewriting psychological suspense novel 6 to get it ready for submission by February, and edits for In the Dark are due back next week. And I have an idea for book 7, which I hope to start early next year. This Friday I have a pitch with DHH Literary Agency for my historical fiction novel, which is also out on submission with a few other agents. Fingers crossed I can find a home for it!

The Wake should be out in audio in March 2021, so keep your eyes peeled if you love audiobooks. It’s still hanging on in the top 1000 on Kindle, which is amazing! And it has over 100 reviews already on Amazon, so huge thanks to everyone who has read and reviewed my fourth novel. It seems like the new cover is more popular than the original, which goes to show that change can often be for the good.

The day job is pretty busy too, so I’m looking forward to the Christmas break, even if it won’t be quite what we all hoped for. 2020 has been an odd year, and I know I’m not alone in wanting to see the back of it, so here’s hoping 2021 is much better and brighter for us all.
